BGS Connect Preferred Payment Options That Keep Your Project Moving.
At BGS Connect, we believe working together should be simple—from the first conversation to the final payment.
For years, paying for creative services meant writing a check, dropping it in the mail, and waiting several days (or even a week) for it to arrive and clear the bank. While we still gladly accept checks, today’s digital payment options have made the process much faster, more secure, and far more convenient for everyone involved.
Credit cards are another common way to pay, and we’re happy to accept them when needed. However, credit card transactions include processing fees that either become a cost we absorb or an expense that’s passed along to the client. On larger design projects, those fees can add up quickly. That’s one of the reasons we encourage modern payment methods like Zelle and ACH, which help eliminate unnecessary processing costs while keeping payments fast and secure.
In fact, most of our clients now choose to pay electronically. Funds arrive quickly, projects stay on schedule, and there’s no wondering whether a payment is still somewhere in the mail.
Our preferred payment method is Zelle because it provides fast, direct bank-to-bank transfers with no extra apps or lengthy processing times for most users. It’s simple, secure, and typically the quickest way to keep your project moving. That said, we also offer several other convenient payment methods because every client has their own preference.
BGS Connect Recommends:
1. Zelle – Our preferred payment method because it’s fast, secure, and deposits funds directly into our bank account.
2. ACH Bank Transfer – Excellent for larger invoices and corporate clients.
3. Apple Pay – Great for Apple users looking for a quick mobile payment.
4. Venmo – A convenient option that many clients already use for personal and freelance payments.
Below is a guide to each payment option we accept, how it works, and why you may choose one over another.

Brad’s Take
One thing I’ve learned over the years is that great client relationships are built by removing unnecessary friction wherever possible. Whether it’s clear communication, an organized creative process, or flexible payment options, every step should be simple, transparent, and respectful of your time.
That’s why I offer a variety of payment methods and encourage modern options like Zelle and ACH whenever possible. They’re fast, secure, and help keep projects moving without the added delays of mailing checks or the extra processing costs that often come with credit cards. Of course, the most important thing isn’t how you pay, it’s that the process is easy and convenient for you.
My goal has always been to make working with BGS Connect a positive experience from our first conversation to the final delivery of your project. Because when the business side runs smoothly, we can focus on what really matters, creating great work together.
The payment process should always be easy on both ends.
